5）Complete the billing information and select payment method

6）Confirm order and complete checkout

Select “Pick up at Sheung Wan Flagship Store” on the checkout page.

Once your payment has been completed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm the order details, including the pickup details within 1 hour.

To pick up the order, please present your confirmation email when collecting in store.

We offer FREE SF Express shipping for all purchases.

You may fill in SF lockers/ SF stores/ any address in billing information when you purchase our products, delivery may take 2-5 working days.

Free shipping for orders over HK$1,500. (Unavailable for Hokkaido Sea Cucumbers Collection^)

For orders below HK$1,500, HK$50 delivery fee will be charged.

Delivery time depending on your location, it may take 7-14 working days.

*We may use other shipping methods according to your country’s customs process, a tracking number will be provided for your order.

^Due to international logistics restrictions, we are currently unable to provide international delivery service for Hokkaido Sea Cucumbers.

*We will fully refund your order if delivery is not available to your country.
